Team Production
For the upper level visual effects studio course offered in my major, our last project was a team production, which allowed for individuals to contribute creative efforts. The final product consists of a variety of digital production skills and demonstrates a collaborative/team process that the MAGD program focuses on. Everyone was able to contribute their skills, which allowed for growth.
Contributed my skills as a director and VFX editor.
Increased skillset in Adobe After Effects through rotoscoping and keying in post-production.
Aligned pre-production elements consisting of shot lists, scripts, and storyboards.
Increased ability to communicate in a team setting and contribute skills as a team player.
Learned the importance of organization in a team setting.
Solved any technical issues and miscommunication effectively with team to produce final product.
Became more proficient in handling cameras and equipment needed to film.
Learned the process of virtual production.
